Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! A well-behaved dog is welcome to be part of your photos and ceremony. Just make sure to bring a handler who will assist with keeping your dog on a leash. We kindly ask that your dog be taken home after the ceremony. We are happy to recommend a daycare nearby if needed.

  • We do allow them but we ask that they are dripless.

  • Yes, our Astor suite and the Clarkson suite are available for you and your wedding party to get ready and take photos.

  • Absolutely, a ceremony overlooking the beautiful Tyringham cobble is included in your estate fee.

  • The initial 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and is payable at the time of contract signing.

  • We have a prep/staging kitchen for your caterer to use. A list of equipment is provided to your caterer upon booking.

  • Wheelchairs can access all areas except for the bathrooms. A separate wheelchair-accessible bathroom trailer would be needed if you have guests who require an ADA compliant bathroom.

  • Yes. A professional wedding planner with proper certifications and insurance is required. The wedding planner is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the event to include set up and breakdown. A day of coordinator is not permitted. You must have at least a partial wedding planner and your event planner cannot be a guest at your wedding.

  • Winbrooke is a completely smoke free property. No vaping or smoking is allowed at any time.

  • We require you to utilize a shuttle service to get everyone safely to and from their hotel accommodations. For any of your guests who are local to the Berkshires that have driven we will have staff to assist them with parking their vehicles.

  • No we do not but you are more than welcome to rent heaters from your rental company.

  • Yes

  • Your vendors have access as early as 10am on the day of your event. If anyone requires additional time they can make arrangements in advance through Winbrooke. Rentals can be dropped off the day before your event.

  • Our maximum capacity is 120. We specialize in wedding anywhere from 30-120.

  • Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

  • We do not offer overnight accommodations.

  • No, we allow our clients to hire a caterer from our preferred vendor list. Once you have booked your event at Winbrooke, we provide you with a list of vendors.
